Taking part in the integration of a foreign worker is a great privilege. Structured and organized by nature, I enjoy the variety of encounters my job brings and the constant renewal of challenges. I have a down-to-earth view of the efforts that await new arrivals, and being part of a diverse team in which everyone has unique strengths is a source of motivation.

With my passion for life, travel and culture, and having lived abroad, I understand the challenges that another country and culture can bring. These life experiences have helped me understand the importance of having a warm and welcoming home. I'm passionate about design, and my attention to detail extends to my home. 

Ensuring people's well-being and providing them with the comfort they need in their own homes are among my top priorities. I listen to people and their needs in terms of integrating local people, which is why I attach great importance to every detail.

I'm a dynamic person who enjoys working with the public and be part of a team. I'm in charge of communications for the team at Le Bon Jack, as well as the spanish language section, and I'm always looking for new challenges. My versatility and optimism are strong assets at the heart of the team.

I'm passionate about tourism and travel. My spirit is one of adventure and discovery, always on the lookout for new experiences. I have a deep desire to explore the world around me, to immerse myself in different cultures, and to experience unique moments.

What sets me apart is my structured approach and my ability to maintain an orderly, well-planned environment. I have a real passion for welcoming foreign workers, and I love giving them advice, sharing knowledge and helping them develop here in Canada.

I'm proactive and highly adaptable, and I'm good at interpersonal relations. I enjoy taking on challenges and finding effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the people I work with.

As a lifelong member of sports teams, I advocate mutual support, teamwork, and encouragement. My positive leadership makes me a rallying colleague who is always available to lend a hand.

Being a quiet force, I observe, listen and analyze in order to intervene as fairly, effectively and efficiently as possible. I leave nothing to chance. I'm a very meticulous person, and for me, the details make all the difference.

I like to plan ahead, and I'm highly organized, never forgetting to add a splash of colour! As a former soccer player, I love working as part of a team and building on each person's strengths. I'm attentive to people's needs and I always make sure they feel good and confident.

As a Reception and Integration Officer, I have a wide range of experience in the fields of immigration and education. As a Mexican immigrant, I am particularly aware of the challenges faced by the people we welcome when they embark on a new life.

Like the members of my team, I enjoy contributing to Le Bon Jack's mission by ensuring that we offer the best possible service, especially to Spanish speakers. I'm always optimistic and in solution mode.

My passion for competitive sports has always reflected my commitment to teamwork. My career path led me to play hockey at professional levels in the United States and Europe, where I was not only an essential asset to my teams, but my leadership led me to evolve on the human side. These values have found new expression since then, and I'm keen to contribute in a collaborative environment. I want to put the emphasis on teamwork and make a commitment on a human level to provide the best possible service to my customers.

A natural helper, I like to lend a hand when new workers arrive and learn more about new cultures. Generous and kind-hearted, I'm always on hand to help with the logistics of arrivals.
